GAM-Education is established in 2024 and strategically focused division of the GAM-Group, officially licensed as a language school in February 2025. Guided by our slogan, "Jointly we can", and our motto, "Learn today, for a better tomorrow", the division is positioned to become a national leader in language training and professional skills development, specifically targeting legal migration opportunities. Core Focus: Italian Language & Migration GAM-Education's primary focus is Italian language training, leveraging its unique accreditations to address the high demand for labor in Italy. Key Achievements and unique selling points include: Accreditation & Exclusive Status: We are accredited through the Italian University for Foreigners Dante Alighieri. This vital partnership makes us the only institution in The Gambia authorized to administer official Italian language exams (The initial cohort of Italian A1 graduates successfully completed their course and received their certificates in September 2025.). Infrastructure: Operates dedicated classrooms with 10 air-conditioned computer workstations. S. 7 Migration Pipeline: We actively support qualified Gambian graduates in applying for further study or employment in Italy, creating a legal migration pathway and directly contributing to economic opportunities. Strategic Expansion & Partnerships The division is rapidly expanding its linguistic and educational portfolio: New Languages: Preparing to integrate German as a foreign language and exploring the diplomatic interest in adding Russian to the program. Official Translation Services: Efforts are underway to have our interpreter sworn in at a German court. This will allow GAM-Education to offer official, government-recognized German-English translations directly in The Gambia, a service currently unavailable in the country. German Cooperation: Pursuing a partnership with Germany's Goethe Institute in collaboration with the "German Teachers Association Gambia." Future Development (2026 Focus) Beyond languages, GAM-Education is planning broader skills development: Additional Courses: Scheduled courses for children, students, and adults, including Computer Basics, Business Administration, and Social Media Management. Hospitality School: Actively working towards establishing an internationally recognized Hotel and Catering School in The Gambia by 2026, leveraging long-standing discussions and negotiations with both German and Italian partners. GAM-Education is set to be a significant player in professional capacity building and legal labor migration for The Gambia.
